Operation The Eagle Strikes By Richard K. Moore

Like most people who have any awareness of the world, you've probably been wondering about the events in Georgia. Is Russia going to be 'isolated'? Is NATO going to expand into Georgia and the Ukraine? Will Russia bomb the missile systems the US is deploying in Poland? Might things spiral out of control into a nuclear exchange? I too have been wondering, and watching the developments carefully. The picture is now beginning to become clear.
The first thing to realize is that everything that is happening has been planned out well in advance by the usual suspects in Washington. The events have not in any sense been caused by tensions in the Caucus, rather those tensions have provided a convenient venue for Washington to pursue its grand designs.
The second thing to realize is that Russia has no interest whatsoever in conflict. By this I don't mean 'Russia is good', but rather 'Russia is sensible'. The conflicts now and to come are entirely the creation of US/EU elites, in their pursuit of global domination.
The third thing to realize — and this is well known in both Washington and Moscow — is that the US has been preparing for many years to carry out a nuclear first-strike against Russia. That's what Reagan's 'Star Wars' was about, and the thread continues to space-based lasers, and right down to the missiles in Poland.
The fourth thing to realize is the reason why this first strike is critical to US/EU elite interests. Without it, the overwhelming balance of global power will shift to Eurasia, to Russia and China. Eurasia is growing rapidly economically, while the US & EU are in rapid economic decline, and these trends are not going to change without decisive military intervention.
There was a period where it seemed Russia could be defeated without a conflagration. Under Yeltsin, Washington thought it could destroy Russia from within. And then later the 'colored revolutions' looked like they might succeed. Those schemes, however, failed. The Russian Bear is now fully awake, with pockets full of cash, and prepared to defend its interests. Not a scenario that pleases a bully who wants to be King of the Schoolyard.
That's the background to the events in Georgia.
What we are now seeing is the countdown to the first strike. There are many dimensions to the project. The military capability is only one part. Equally important is the psy-ops preparation.
Militarily, the US is not ready yet. The missile defense systems still need a few years to be sufficiently effective to enable a first strike with minimal damage to the US from Russian retaliation. Evidently, the Pentagon now has a reliable date for when it will be ready, and that's the reason for the launch of the psy-ops part of the project.
That's what the Georgian incident was all about: the beginning of a psy-ops project, Demonizing Russia. Washington hit Russia with provocation it couldn't ignore ('an offer it couldn't refuse'), and then the propaganda machine (i.e., the Western media) launched its well-prepared campaign of lies and deception.
This is only the beginning. Washington and its toady NATO will push Russia again and again, forcing it into moves that will be increasingly easy to demonize. By such means Washington will create a situation where populations in the West think of Russia as expansionist, just like in the Cold War. As the first-strike capability nears readiness, the pushing will be accelerated. Ultimately Russia will be forced to take an action that will be perceived by Western audiences as 'going too far', and that will be the excuse for the first strike.
Of course I have no idea what the code name for this whole project is, but The Eagle Strikes might be it.

The operation described by Richard Moore is surely no secret to the present candidates for election to the offices of US President and Vice-President, but they are very careful not even to hint that they may be aware of it. Almost none of those voters whom they are hoping will cast their ballots in their favor in November want more war. The war criminal George W. Bush (and other war criminals in the US administration such as "Vicious Dick" Cheney) have declared openly that "all options are on the table", widely interpreted as not ruling out a nuclear first-strike against Iran (and presumably any other country which defies American demands, including Russia), but for a candidate for President to speak openly of nuclear war with Russia means certain defeat for his candidacy (just as it did for Barry Goldwater in his 1964 presidential bid). The American public, weary of eight years under a President who has (perhaps intentionally, considering his psychopathic personality) inflicted more damage upon the US than anyone else at any time in its entire history, desperately hopes for "change" in January 2009.
Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, etc., all know that the U.S. is preparing for a nuclear first-strike against Russia, probably within the term of the next president, but they say nothing about it, instead speaking of "hope", "a renewal of America", "rebuilding the American Dream", etc. (exactly what despairing Americans want to hear). Thus the Democratic Convention in August in Denver (featuring a masterly performance by Bill Clinton with a speech full of deceptions, and an excellent and inspirational speech by Barack Obama which was remarkable for its disconnect between rhetoric and reality) was a fraud. The tens of thousands of cheering, placard- and flag-waving Obama supporters are "useful idiots", playing their roles for a TV audience of millions of voters in a cynical deception of the American people by those who run the US. The only thing that the 2008 presidential election will decide is which politicians and political appointees appear on TV during 2009-2012 to deceive the people as to what's really going on and to play their roles in the psy-op designed to demonize Russia and prepare the public for the American nuclear first-strike.
Richard Moore has provided us with a useful guide as to when this first-strike will occur. We cannot know for sure when the US military will have completed its offensive and defensive preparations (and are ready to attack), but we can watch the psy-op unfold, since the public is its intended audience. There will be some more US-engineered (with Russian response) "crises", perhaps involving American and Russian warships in the Black Sea and the Persian Gulf. We have to watch the Russian-Demonization meter; when it reaches the point where the Russians are represented to the American public in much the same way as the Japanese were in August 1945 then the nuclear first-strike is imminent (although the Americans might launch their missiles well before this point is reached).
Of course the Russians, who are not fools, will also be watching the Russian-Demonization meter closely, and when they perceive it to have reached a critical point they may decide to launch their own missiles in a pre-emptive strike, in which case it might be Russia, not the US, which emerges "victorious", although after a full-scale US-Russia nuclear war there will be no victors, just many millions of dead Americans, Russians and Europeans, with the societies of the survivors as devastated as was Germany in April 1945.
When the Russian-Demonization meter reaches the halfway mark (or rather, well before it does) any US resident who wishes to continue to live would be wise to leave US territory (if they can), since although the warheads (if they come) will not directly devastate the whole country, society will collapse, with complete breakdown of distribution of food and fuel (which will be unavailable at any price).
In the novel A Guide to the Perplexed Gunther Wünker's grandfather (who was born a Jew in Lithuania, migrated to Germany in the early 1930s, and saved himself by migrating to Palestine in 1936) says:The wise left Germany in thirty-three ... The foolish left in thirty-six, the idiots in thirty-eight, and those who were so feeble-minded they never left at all, paid the price for their stupidity in their incinerated flesh.
The "useful idiots" shown on TV waving Obama or McCain placards in 2008 would do well to leave the US now if they wish to avoid paying the price for their stupidity with their flesh incinerated by the searing heat of explosions of Russian nuclear warheads, warheads delivered in response to an American nuclear first-strike — or to the threat of one.
American patriots who don't like the idea of abandoning their country to save themselves (and their families) might reflect on words written by Thomas Jefferson:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
It is obvious that a new president assuming office in January 2009 is an "alteration" which is very unlikely to bring about the safety and happiness of the people if that person is complicit in a plan to initiate a nuclear first-strike against a nuclear-armed state capable of pre-emption or massive retaliation — in fact quite the opposite.
On 2009-09-14 Richard Moore stated in his cyberjournal:
We are squaring up for a final confrontation between the Western Empire and the Eastern Block. The geopolitical Chess Game has always been about Eurasia, ever since Genghis Khan. He secured the center before he turned back to conquer China.
The hand of the West is forced, due to the economic resurgence of the Russian-Chinese block, aka SCO [the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation]. The scenario is precisely comparable to pre-World War I, when Germany was surging ahead of Britain, clearly to become the new dominant manufacturing, trading, and financial power in Europe. War was the only hope for Imperial Britain to stay on top, war was the decision Britain made, and the plan was implemented (with unforeseen outcomes).
The same challenge today faces the Western Empire. Either recede into the wings as the East takes center stage, or try to take them out militarily while you still can. The occupation of Afghanistan gives the US an excuse to have bases there, close to Russia and China, and to expand into Pakistan. There's a whole circle of bases around Russia and China. No such circle is around the US. Meanwhile the US spends trillions developing space-based and other esoteric weaponry. Clearly a first strike is being planned, simulated, strategized. Everything else geopolitical is simply positioning these days. Iran is a 'positioning chip'. China and Russia are well aware, and making their own defensive preparations.

A change in the American White House, the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930s and the mounting costs in both dollars and lives of the war in Afghanistan have not slowed down the U.S.'s plans for military domination of the planet and in outer space; nor have they lessened the threat of an unprecedented catastrophe resulting from the designs by the United States and its allies in Europe and Asia to establish an impenetrable international missile shield that would leave two of the world's nuclear powers, Russia and China, targets for coercion and first strike conventional and nuclear attacks.
